Abstract: One of the key directions of development of telecommunications companies is to improve processes using new, more powerful technology. Defined essence and characteristics of reengineering, needing for companies to use it in television communications. Reengineering is the introduction of new information technology to achieve completely new ideas. Defined differences between reengineering and process of improvement. The list of activities for the reengineering of business television communications, they affect the efficiency of sharing public broadcasting programs provide energy savings, reduce cost and increase quality of service. New consumers of telecommunications services companies are border regions of Ukraine and the Ukrainian diaspora in the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
