Abstract: The notion of sustainability management mechanism innovation and investment development engineering enterprise, which is the set of actions, methods and instruments aimed at the impact of human activities in achieving the objectives of the strategic and tactical management. The proposed mechanism and reasonable stability control innovation and investment development engineering enterprise, belongs to the category management processes and must be implemented in several stages: formation of foundations sustainability management innovation and investment development engineering enterprise; qualitative and quantitative analysis of factors internal and external environment, the evaluation factors and significant check their compliance with the conditions of development, analysis and evaluation of the sustainability of innovation and investment development engineering enterprise, the development of management decisions and recommendations, corrections fundamentals sustainability management innovation and investment development engineering enterprise.
