Management mechanisms of financial-economic activity of enterprises based on adaptive-renovatsiynoho approach

Abstract: The paper was improved mechanism for managing the financial and economic activity. Determined that the complex mechanisms of financial and economic activity aimed at making optimal management decisions on the basis of the obtained economic information, which ranked by their relevance. This system has the following functions: accounting (accounting and analytical information gathering ), analytical (analytical calculation), diagnostic (interpretation of various kinds of deviations, referrals), control (monitoring the implementation of the proposed recommendations embodied in management decisions ). It was concluded that a certain set of mechanisms for financial and economic activities of the company will allow time to find the deviation of actual results provided, identify the causes of variances, and develop proposals for appropriate adjustments specific areas of financial activity with the aim of normalizing and improving efficiency. It is proved that the system mechanisms of financial and economic activity associated with the goals of management. As a result, determining the patterns and processes of formalization of certain financial and economic enterprises related to the intake i expenditures, system mechanisms will help quantify the results of decisions.
