Abstract:
The customer’s satisfaction which created in a service process influents to the decision about re-purchasing. The moving of passengers at the railway station building and the influence of information caused the fatigue, which reduces the satisfaction of railways service. Management needs to be informed about railway station space arrangement and organization of provision of information for passengers. There are some modern research projects dedicated to the measurement of parameters of people flows at the railway station buildings but they were used different methods and sets of key performance indicators. There is a reason for adaptation of its results to Ukrainian railways. Our pilot researches identify the main barriers for flows of people and evaluated typical phenomena that they cause at the buildings of Kyiv Railway Central Station. The results showed at the article will be the base for the quantitative researches.
