Abstract: Стаття присвячена проблемі підвищення рівня інвестування житлового будівництва в сучасних умовах. В ній проведено дослідження основних тенденцій будівельної галузі та визначено напрямки розвитку житлового будівництва.Paper is devoted to improving housing investment in modern conditions. It revealed the basic trends in the construction industry and determine the direction of a housing development. It is proved that improving the legal framework and regulatory framework of the construction financing, implementation of measures to reduce the risks associated with long-term lending, the creation of the mortgage lending system, to maintain the liquidity of developers, and ensure the efficient allocation of credit resources and the adoption of additional measures to promote the participation of commercial banks in mortgage lending should create additional incentives to increase the volume of housing construction.
