Abstract:
In the article an author on the basis of generalization of home and foreign experience is educe the problem aspects of development of profiles of professional competence of positions of civil servants in the system of regional public authorities. An author is carry out approbation of development of profile of professional competence process on the example of position «manager of sector of skilled work» in Department of social defence of population of Kharkov regional state administration. Offered to recommendation on the improvement of process of realization of skilled politics in regional public authorities on the basis of the use of the worked out profiles of professional competence of positions of civil servants. The practical value of research consists in the use of the worked out profile of professional competence of position for managers by the sectors of skilled work in activity of local state administrations of all regions of Ukraine.
