Abstract: Article is devoted to the development of methodological support strategic business management. The state of the company can become unstable through internal production and technological problems, faults in the supply chain, infringements of work of information and communication systems, changes in consumer demand, the increasing activity of competitors. One of the areas of strategic management of the enterprise supply acts stability to instability of the external and internal environment. So, a basis of increase of safety of operation of the enterprise is to create a system crash protection based on the prediction, early detection and elimination of situations. Such a system should provide for the mandatory inclusion of all staff working to ensure the safety of the enterprise, as well as cooperation with trade partners, government and municipal administrations and even with competitors. Among the factors of sustainable development of the enterprise is possible to allocate the corporate culture as one of the areas of strategic management of enterprise power. After all, the cohesion of the team, activity, desire to overcome the difficulties faced by the enterprise search for innovative solutions and other components of corporate culture is largely determine the effectiveness, competitiveness and stability of the enterprises of food industry
