Abstract: The paper improved the conceptual basis of management manageable resource potential and organizational development company. Determined that the economic research in the conceptual bases of manageable resource potential and organizational development company primarily associated with the assessment of the effectiveness of the company, determine their financial condition and competitiveness. It is concluded that the conceptual basis of management manageable resource potential and organizational development company not only lies in the integrated mapping of current and future opportunities of the economic system to transform inputs using the inherent entrepreneurial capacity and personnel in economic benefits and thus satisfy the interests of the company and society. It is proved that the characteristics of the use and management of resource potential controllable and organizational development of enterprise helped to define the principles and requirements for the formation of the overall management system, including methods for the unity of levels of management potential, focus on the strategic goals of the company, management capacity at all stages of the product life cycle, cost optimization, continuous improvement of information management, implementation of effective management, integration with the overall system management and organizational development manageable now, variation of approaches to the development of specific management decisions, increase interest entities.
