Research the essence of the financial risk management of the enterprise

Abstract: The financial activities of the company in all its forms is associated with many risks, the impact of which on the results of this activity significantly increases. The risks that accompany these activities are highlighted in a special group of financial risks that play the most significant role in the overall "portfolio risk" businesses. On the basis of summarizing the approaches to the definition of "financial risk" economic substance category "financial risk management company" has been specified. By this category should be understood system of methods and tools implemented by identifying, analyzing financial risks, assess their likely consequences for the company, developing and implementing measures to neutralize their negative effects, which takes into account enterprise strategies and tactics for management decisions. Another problematic aspect of the study of the theoretical foundations of the financial risks of the enterprise, along with the imperfection of the terminology is the lack of a clear classification of species. Financial risk is too much and to exercise effective management it is necessary to make a classification of financial risks of enterprises. Therefore, the article describes and systematizes the main types and sources of financial risk of enterprises. Expansion and refinement of the classification of financial risks contributed to the increase classifications and more detailed study of types of financial risks that accompany the company. To create a reliable system to ensure financial stability and solvency in a crisis need to develop effective mechanisms to neutralize threats to the functioning of enterprise. Therefore in the article it was suggested methods of neutralizing the financial risks of enterprise.
