Improvement of mechanism of management of enterprises of railway transport on freight transportations

Abstract: The situation of enterprises management of Ukrainian railway freight transportation for 2012-2013 was analyzed and long term system of program, legal, administrative and technical measures was considered. Also set of railway freight transportation enterprises incorporated hierarchically regarding their functions and their interaction for effective implementation of the mission under the modern market conditions was examined. The measures concerning all foregoing directions were executed by the Ukrainian Railway Transport Administration during 2012-2013. Effectiveness of their introduction was estimated. Technical and organizational arrangements were paid special attention to. The role of the management of formed structure by the railway transport reforming was shown as well. The world consulting companies and international specialists were engaged in its work. The structural and logical analysis was also accomplished by the comprehensive approach with the purpose of intermediate results obtaining of the reformation processes under the term changing condition during the first reforming stage.
