Abstract:
The article deals with the problem of development and implementation of measures to counter not sanctioned intervention in railroad activity, determined the role of the railway in the national system for the protection of railway transport. The cause not sanctioned intervention measures for the protection of transport infrastructure, its economic viability. The paper provides recommendations to address these problems at the stage of the reformation of the railway sector. Among the large number of tasks which must be addressed is the problem of safety of passengers and cargo, to ensure the uninterruptible operation of the transport sector, the protection of cargo and railway infrastructure from foreign intervention. These questions should be referred to the issues of economic direction. Avoidance of losses in the uninterruptible operation of the railways has a positive impact on the image of the railway, the railway complex on the economy and helps to improve the investment climate. Thus, the consideration of this issue in this article was done primarily in the context of an economic and socio-political situation in the country, given the process of reforming the railway sector.
