Perspectives of transport logistics in the railway transport enterprises

Abstract: In this paper, the authors study the main directions of development of transport logistics. Identified as the main types of general transport logistics, as well as the rail sector, in which logistics acquires a dominant role in terms of reform. Also highlights the main features of transport logistics for railway transport enterprises and proved the importance of integrating function in modern conditions of development. The authors noted that to ensure the effective development of railway transport, is it necessary to study and improvement of logistics approaches, the search for new methods of management, taking into account the direction of this particular company.
