Abstract: In article devouted the basic problems of development and introduction strategy formation mechanism, mechanism of enterprise management, enterprise development mechanism. Need proved introduction to the enterprise the management mechanism of the strategy development. Scientifically proven mechanism of management of the strategic development of the company allocated its main parts, which can exist and function independently or be used in a single control system. Determined that the mechanism of strategic development management company should be considered in the complex relationship of structural subsystems mechanism as a mechanism for strategy formation mechanism and management mechanism of pidpryyemstva.Dlya partial implementation mechanisms necessary to apply such controls as principles are divided into universal and special ; levers, organizational, economic, organizational and legal, social and psychological; Instruments: technical, legal, financial, information and analysis.
