The main aspects of restructuring railway transport in Ukraine

Abstract: In the article the necessity of restructuring the railway transport for further efficient functioning were identified common problems of the railway. "Restructuring" rail of transport a change in the internal organizational structure to manage the persistence of its properties and relationships in the environment. Thus, we propose restructuring the railway transport interpreted only as a change in the organizational structure of the branch management. The railway transport is faced by a burning issue of adaptation of the organizational structure in current world trends of development of economy, and also changes in requirements of economy of Ukraine in transportations. On the basis of the made analysis of works of the scientists who were engaged in the solution of this problem it is possible to allocate the following stages of carrying out restructuring of railway transport which will allow with small expenses to reorganize structure of management of railway transport which is adapted for a current state of economy of Ukraine into short terms, and also in due time and effectively to change organizational structure according to changes of the current needs for freight and passenger traffic.
