The influence of transfer pricing on the effeciency of logistics management at the international holdings

Abstract: The important mean of innovative logistics management methods and tools developing in companies, that are structural units of the international vertically integrated structures, was substantiated in the article; it was investigated the efficiency of transfer pricing, on the one hand, as a tool distribution and maneuvering of financial resources of the holding; on the other oneas a method of supply chain management within the corporate logistics network; it was described and structured the system of resource supply at each stage of the production process and traced the model of formation of the value added chain by M.Porter at the mining and metallurgical holdings.
