Abstract: In article the basic directions of analysis of the management of investment attractiveness of the company, defined the concept of "investment attractiveness of the enterprise, the basic functions of management of investment attractiveness of the enterprise, the necessity of the formation and management of investment attractiveness of the enterprise, and the feasibility of using the system of indicators for evaluation of investment attractiveness of the enterprise, built of structural functional diagram of the formation of investment attractiveness of the enterprise, given the formula for calculating the integral index of investment attractiveness of the enterprise on its financial condition.
