Abstract: In the article the characteristic value of the portrait of the modern Ukrainian society. The conclusion is that the values that should be the backbone of the economy morality, creativity, creativity, work, responsibility, education, are not dominant, and replaced on the opposite. This is incompatible with building a healthy society and economy. But the change of situation is possible because the current value of the portrait, nature of economic relations, is not satisfied by most of society. For this proposed change approach to economic education, so that the main qualities of future specialists were morality and professionalism. The development of economic education must correspond to the socio-cultural principle.
