Abstract:
The paper concerns an analysis of equilibria in a model of household economy with infinitely many agents classified into a finite number of types. In general we know that, assuming continuity of demand, an equilibrium of such a model exists. We are not able to state in general whether equilibrium is unique or what are its properties. We analyze here a special case of the model for which we are able to describe all equilibria and its characteristics.
