Collegium of Economic Analysis Annals, 2015, issue 36, 413-426

Abstract: The paper presents improvements in the circulation and control of selected documents (payroll and documents relating to the board) at the School of Electronics and Telecommunications in Olsztyn. Studies have shown that employees of public entities often have held their job for a long time and are wary of and reluctant to use information technology as far as the circulation of accounting documents is concerned, which slows down the work and increases the risk of errors.
