Abstract:
Managing project risk is an unproductive activity that constitutes a burden on the budget of a project. In addition to the problems associated with the normal activity related to risk management, the project manager must adopt a strategy of approaching the risk which is adequate for the situation. Depending on the active or reactive strategy of response to threats, the cost of risk incurred on the project budget will vary.
