Abstract:
Public administration offices are usually distributed in accordance with the territorial division of the country. The article discusses the issues of information systems designed for multidivisional and distributed public administration offices. Typical differences between enterprises and public administration offices were identified. The author describes a model and a data structure specific to the distributed offices. The models take into account both the point of view of transaction processing information systems and the viewpoint of analytical software and data warehouses in public administration.
