Abstract: The paper presents the concept of a computer support system for simulation exercises organized for sanitary inspection services. Simulation exercises are connected with food-borne epidemics. The system supports sanitary inspectors in conducting epidemiological interviews, examination of patients, sanitary inspection of facilities and forecasting the development of the epidemic. The system also offers the After Action Review function.
