Abstract: The article discusses the approach to design of information portals for Regional Innovation Systems based on the use of Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The QFD method is used to reflect the needs of a market for a specific product. In this case, information portals are a product that enables the performance of tasks imposed on local governments.
