Abstract:
This paper presents the market of shopbots In Poland. A special focus is put on cooperation between shopbots and online shops (price lists, offer presentation and updates), as well as usability of shopbots for online shopping (the number of presented offers, readability of shopbot websites, usability of shopbot search engines). The main hypothesis verified in the study was as follows: there is one certain shopbot on the Polish market that always leads to the lowest prices.
