Abstract: E-administration is a consequence of the development of the information society and the knowledge-based economy. Changes occurring in society require modernisation and improvement of operating methods and the use of modern information technology tools in the public administration. This paper analyses the use of the Internet in contacts with the public administration by province in 2014.
