Abstract:
To maintain the planned values of the parameters of a project means supplying the results of the project within the agreed scope, time, budget, and founding customer quality expectations. Is it possible to do so in IT projects for the public administration? An attempt to find the answer to this question, based on the analysis of the selected projects of the e-Duty program, is the goal of the paper.
