Spatial Diversity Identification Concerning Voivodships in Poland in the Area of Information Technologies (2009–2015)

Abstract: A multidimensional comparative analysis related to the voivodships of Poland in the aspect of information technologies development in 2009–2015 is presented in the article. The voivodships rankings were prepared using the synthetic measure of information technologies development through the TOPSIS method. The results revealed large differences between the regions, in the aspect of information technologies development. The change in diversity of voivodships development in 2015 vs 2012 and 2009 has been described as well.
