Abstract: One of the determinants of changes in banking services is access to technology, which depends not only on the potential client but also on the communication system offered by banks. The rapid development of information and telecommunications technologies at the end of the twentieth century contributed to the emergence and spread of the concept of information society. Important determinants of using electronic banking are convenience of using the service, 24?hour access and financial value. The respondents say they are expanding the range of services proposed in the e-banking system, indicating the prospects for the development of these services in the generation of digitized young people.
