Abstract: The article presents the concept of using expert systems technology and Business Intelligence solutions for the needs of computer-aided industrial diagnostics. An intelligent diagnostic system will support safety and work environment management in accordance with ISO 14001, auditing procedures, planning modernisation and corrective activities. The article was created based on the results of the project no. POIG.01.03.01–14–059/12.
