Abstract: The article presents the basic problem related to the process of introducing activity cost accounting in the conditions of healthcare units in Poland. The main difficulties identified in the implementation of modern cost accounting in healthcare units in Poland have been identified in this article, as well as the cause of the study, the IT solutions available for this purpose have been indicated on the example of the IT solutions provided by Consorg S. A.
