Abstract: New trends in the digital economy point to dynamic development of shared economy. It seems that in this sector a great demand will appear for specialists possessing not only economic knowledge, but also tool skills and ability to work creatively in teams. The aim of this article is to compare the expectations of employers wishing to employ graduates of SGH Warsaw School of Economics, with the skills and competences with which the university equips its students.
