Abstract: The article presents the determinants underlying the satisfaction of needs as regards housing, some durable goods and food products among people aged 65+. Its key objective is to show seniors’ housing situation, degree of contentment with place of residence and housing conditions, as well as to provide some insight into their home infrastructure and consumption of food products. The study is based on the results of the author’s own research conducted among people aged 65 and older.
