Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to outline Dietrich Bonhoeffer’s ethical thought and examine how his work has been received by theologians over the years. These are preceded by a short biographical note, which serves as contextual background for the discussion. The justification for this study is provided by the renewed interest in Bonhoeffer’s writings in recent decades.
