Neuro-linguistic programming – performance technical communication and negotiation

Abstract: This paper aims to make a brief analysis of how one of the latest communication technology that may influence neuro – linguistic programming performing modern management. A key feature of modern management is the communicative competence demonstrated by the manager of a successful business management communication in general. Communication management to become genuinely effective it is necessary to resort to rhetoric to logic and argumentation theory elements synthesized in modern communication techniques including neuro-linguistic programming exemplify known today as the most powerful technique for success in life in general and especially in the business world. Neuro-linguistic programming is considered a new science invented by a mathematician (Richard Bandler) and a linguist (John Grinder) who have proposed to study the structure of human excellence, more concretely, the techniques by which people and offer truly excellent in an area become successful people in that area.
