Abstract:
The alignment of companies within the national economic ensemble to the paradigm of corporate governance creates prerequisites for the development of a business environment that is transparent, accountable and consistent. Companies that adopt a transparent organizational culture and an effective model of corporate governance will register better performances than those which will delay the adoption of this model. Applying the principles of corporate governance requires the establishment of relations between company owners, managers and other stakeholders: employees, partners, investors, creditors, suppliers, public authorities, civil society, etc.
