On the Owen Value and the Property of Balanced Contributions Within Unions

Abstract: Abstract This framework mainly focuses on the study of the Owen value and one property satisfied by many coalitional values, in particular by the Owen value. The property is called the property of balanced contributions within unions, and it was first defined by Vázquez-Brage et al. The main results of the work are divided into two parts. First, an expression for the coalitional values that verify the property is obtained. Second, the Owen value is characterized based on this property and other relevant properties.
