Abstract: Abstract Klima DAO operates as a market intermediary connecting buyers and sellers of carbon emission offsets on the voluntary carbon market. This commentary explores the alignment among the choices of the organizational form, economic and social objectives, underpinning blockchain technology, and incentives for various stakeholders of Klima DAO.
