Abstract:
Abstract The article investigates changes in the distribution of Russian direct investments between countries and regions of the world in 2014–2015. The specificity of increasing Russian investment in Asia and Africa in the 2000s has been identified. The possibilities and limits of geographic diversification of Russian investments abroad are shown, including for scenario when Russia’s state support for legal overseas expansion of domestic firms has been developed.
