Abstract:
Abstract This article is an attempt to justify the insufficiency of market tools for transport development and the need to apply them, along with government control in the light of the backbone role of transport in the economy, geopolitics, and the social welfare of this country and its regions. This point is confirmed by examples of operating transport systems in other countries and considering some performance aspects of the national transport system at present day and in retrospective.
