Abstract:
Abstract The article considers the state and development opportunities of Russian industrial companies based on innovative solutions and new technologies. The heterogeneity of the companies in terms of their innovative activity, competitiveness and successfulness was revealed. Statistical data on the reasons for the low innovation activity of Russian companies, as well as on possible ways to address them, are examined. The systemic nature of the causes and the interconnectedness of methods of their elimination, including the dependence of the innovative activity of the companies on the level of state support for domestic producers, are noted. Among the main factors affecting the innovativeness, competitiveness, and successfulness of Russian companies are the need to reform the financial sector, the transition to targeted project management, and the restoration of the capacity of a complete innovative reproduction cycle.
