Abstract:
Abstract This paper considers the problem of measuring structural changes in the economy. An evaluation of the intensity of structural changes, quantitative estimates of the contribution of the structural factor to economic dynamics on the paths of growth and decline are proposed. The possibility of measuring the properties of the economic structure is investigated. The notion of structural and technological sensitivity of the economy is introduced.
