Abstract: Abstract— A quantitative forecast estimate of the growth in the number of people employed in the economy in 2030 is formed compared to 2018 in the regions of the Arctic and the Far East, taking into account an increase in the retirement age of five years and the status of the region as the territory of the Far North, as well as changes in the age and sex structure of the population in age categories 50–54; 55–59; 60–64 years old.
