Abstract:
Abstract— The article analyzes the impact of raising the retirement age on the labor market. The results of the author’s sociological study to identify the needs of the regional labor market of the Yaroslavl region in using the labor potential of people of preretirement age are presented; a detailed description of the labor potential of this socio-demographic group is given.
