Abstract:
Abstract— The article describes the application of the DSGE1-modeling to assess the impacts of transportation investment projects. A decrease in total transportation costs is used as a criterion by which the impact is estimated. They include both direct monetary costs (tariffs) and indirect costs estimated over time.
