Abstract:
Abstract— The article considers intellectual capital as a fundamental factor that determines the potential of regional development. The authors propose their own method for measuring the intellectual capital of the region, using well-known economic indicators for this. To assess the impact that intellectual capital has on regional development, a model is proposed that allows taking into account the contribution of enterprises and households in the region.
