Abstract:
Abstract— The article considers the term mobilization economy as a specific manifestation of economic processes which, in an emergency economic situation, require nonstandard management decisions from all economic actors, i.e., government, business, and population. Three periods of actualization of problems of the mobilization economy in the Russian Federation are revealed: 1998–2000, 2009–2012, and 2022. It is shown that the legislative basis of the mobilization economy in the Russian Federation was created as early as 1997 and continues to develop to the present day. The centralization of government control as a basis of mobilization economy of modern Russia is discussed. It is proposed to reformat the anticrisis (mobilization) policy of Russia to the conditions of new sanctions of the collective West.
