Abstract: Abstract— The article is devoted to the analysis of the dynamics of labor markets in the regions of the European part of the Russian Arctic based on the indicators of the balance of labor resources after 2013. It is shown that the trends in these regions are much more unfavorable compared to the country as a whole. A significant reduction in the size of labor markets is expected, which will slow down the socio-economic development of these territories.
