Abstract:
Abstract— The current period of development of the world and Russian economy is characterized by the breakdown of the evolutionary trends observed earlier. This is due to the transition to a new model of organization of society and the economy, which is accompanied by crisis phenomena. Simultaneously with the change in the model of the structure of the socio-economic system, there is a change in the world economic and technological structures, which makes the observed crisis deeper. The article considers the factors and characteristics of the ongoing global transformation, reveals the specifics of its manifestation in relation to Russia. The author proposes the main vectors for applying the efforts of the state, business and society, aimed at ensuring a smoother transformation, mitigating its negative consequences.
