Abstract:
Abstract— The article continues the study of the possibilities of implementing the strategy of developing import substitution in the machine-building complex. The previously obtained estimates are compared with the needs of the Russian economy in high-tech products, taking into account the sanctions and investment plans of the federal budget for 2023–2025. This comparison made it possible to determine the limits of the possible growth potential of the Russian machine-building complex, both without additional attraction of private financing, and taking it into account, as part of the implementation of the import substitution scenario based on its own resources.
