Abstract: Abstract— The article proposes a methodological approach to the selection of current priorities in expanding Russian exports to Africa based on the solution of classification problems. The technologies of assessing the prospects for increasing the export of Russian products, which make it possible to formulate a strategy for working with a portfolio of industries and products in foreign markets are considered. Open data of the state statistics, the Federal Customs Service, Trade Map, and the International Monetary Fund were used as an information base.
